1. No Refunds
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once the product is delivered.
2. Exceptions
- Technical Issues: If you cannot access your product due to a technical error on our end, contact [support@spacedigital.online] within 14 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund if unresolved.
- Duplicate Purchases: Accidental duplicate orders may be refunded with proof of purchase.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover costs.
